LiveWell’s advocacy efforts rely on the strength and voice of the Grassroots Advocacy Power Program (GAPP) participants. GAPP is a group of Colorado citizens who are motivated to actively participate in generating more healthy eating and active living opportunities in your community. We need you to send emails, make phone calls, and share information when needed to influence public policies.

The best part of being a GAPP member is that we make it EASY for you to speak up about issues related to healthy eating and active living. Using our new streamlined and user-friendly advocacy platform, we provide you with background information, tools and sample messaging that allow you to reach out, voice your opinion and make a difference with just one or two minutes of your time. Our action alerts are very targeted to the constituents of the relevant elected officials for a specific bill or issue, so you won’t be inundated with requests.
