This year the Yoga Center of Steamboat has chosen Yampa Valley Sustainability Council’s Sustainable Schools program as the beneficiary of their 4th Annual Yoga Day fundraiser on Sunday, May 20 in Library Hall of the Bud Werner Memorial Library.
The center offers this day “in the spirit of Seva (service),” where local yoga teachers donate their time and expertise, students donate funds, local businesses & vendors donate raffle products, food & services, to benefit a chosen local non-profit. We are ecstatic and honored to have been selected!
45-minute yoga and meditation classes will begin at the top of every hour; the day is open to all ability levels and ages. Visit the center’s website above for a full itinerary of the day’s events.
To donate raffle items, email the Yoga Center with the following information:
- Your business name & website
- Contact person’s name, email & phone
- Raffle item (if gift certificate, please drop off at the Yoga Center by May 13th)
- Your business logo
Or to volunteer at this great event, for help with set up, clean up, the welcome table, raffle tickets and more on the day of the event email the Yoga Center as well.
